After eating watermelon, whole kernel corn or any form of corn, broccoli and collard greens, my body eliminates. Instead of using diet pills enhanced with toxins and chemicals to reduce, I began to eat more of the foods that naturally begin the elimination process in my body. By eating those foods mentioned daily, I began to eliminate no less than three times daily. I am a 57-year-old woman. Each day men look, look again and some approach me asking for a date. I did not attract this much attention when I was in my mid 30's. A few years ago, I looked older than my mother when she passed. However, with a few life changes, I am now more attractive, exceptionally healthy and feel better than I have felt in the last twenty years.
